HEALTH GUARANTEE: Top Shelf guarantees that our dogs will be delivered in top health, x-rayed, good teeth, no hip issues, and current on vaccinations. For one year, your dog is guaranteed to come in good health, excluding owner's negligence. If within one year of purchase dog develops health problems, as deemed by a certified veterinarian, a replacement dog of equal or better caliber will be issued. If dog encounters major health issues within 2 years, 50% of a replacement dog will be credited.

TO REITERATE: An industry first, all Top Shelf K9 protectors come with a health guarantee. K-9 has good hips, elbows, and teeth. K-9 comes with a two-year health guarantee (teeth and cancers are not included in health guarantee, but dog will be cancer free and have good teeth at time of purchase). For the first year, your K-9 will have a 100% good health guarantee, excluding Client’s negligence; meaning that K-9 will be replaced by a K-9 of same or higher caliber if the K-9 cannot perform due to a pre-existing condition as determined by a certified veterinarian. The following year, K-9 comes with a 50% health guarantee; meaning that the K-9 will be replaced by a K-9 of equal or higher caliber at 50% of the dog’s original price. 

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: Upon acquisition, the purchaser of a Top Shelf Protector will get two home visits. These visits will cover the basics. It will focus on safety of the owners, guests, and the protector. It covers basic kennel, food, sleeping, etc. Outside of the two home visits, performance and maintenance is the sole responsibility of the owner. 

TO REITERATE: K-9 comes with a two-year performance guarantee, if maintenance training is under contract through Top Shelf. There are no performance guarantees if training is done through an outside trainer

***At Top Shelf we strongly advise and recommend ongoing maintenance training with us. TOP SHELF PROTECTORS COME WITH  A LIFETIME PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE IF DOG'S ONGOING MAINTENANCE TRAINING IS CONTRACTED IN HOUSE. There are zero performance guarantees if there is not scheduled maintenance, or IF ANY TRAINING IS DONE BY A THIRD PARTY. 

***Performance guarantee is null and void if outside trainers or third parties and doing training, bite work, etc with your home protector.

It is the sole responsibility of the Owner to schedule and have K9 attend these maintenance training sessions.

 We think there are huge similarities to owning a high performance car and a home protector. Maintenance, attention, care. 

Top Shelf releases all liability legal, financial, and otherwise once purchase is made. Upon purchase, it is implied and understood by buyer that K9 is completely under his/her care, and any actions under that care, are the physical and financial responsibility of the Owner.

If Owner in anyway harms, hurts, does irreparable psychological or physical harm to dog, 1. All warranties or guarantees are immediiatly void, 2. Chip Johnson will not be okay with this info. Do not purchase a Top Shelf K9 if you cannot treat our protectors with respect.

Furthermore, any damage to the dog caused by negligence, including but not limited to: Outside training exercises, injuries, access to household poisons, heat exhaustion, poisonous food for pets, access to narcotics, exposure to narcotic smoke, carbon monoxide gases, car exhaust, dehydration, malnutrition, poor hygiene, poor dental care, etc. is the sole responsibility of the Owner and voids all warranties, guarantees, refunds, etc.

Once under new Ownership any physical property damage, injury to persons/animals by dog, both physical and emotional, is not the liability of the seller.

ACQUISITION OF A TOP SHELF DOG IMPLIES, WITHOUT QUESTION, THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, UNDERSTANDING, AND AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS HERE WITHIN.
